The LTP-747Y Series by Lite-On Inc is a range of compact display products featuring ultra low profile design and fast response time. It consists of Dual Digit displays with seven segment digits, and Multidigit displays with sixteen segment or dot matrix digits, available in a variety of colors such as Red, Green and Amber. The series is a suitable choice for applications requiring a high level of readability and visibility.

The LTP-747Y Series is a 7 segment, dual digit (2 digit) and multidigit (4-6 digit) LED dot matrix and cluster display. The displays feature ultra slim design and 3.2mm housing. The product is available in two configurations, 9- pin and 16-pin DIP. The nine-pin version offers a two-digit, seven segment display in sizes ranging from 19.2mm to 39.9mm, while the sixteen-pin option offers a four-digit, seven segment display. The displays are available in various colors, such as red, green, yellow, orange and amber.

The LTP-747Y Series is a low power consumption display featuring double brightness rating of 900 mcd to 2500mcd depending on model. It also features wide viewing angles of up to 100 degrees with a long life span of up to 100,000 hours. The ultra low power consumption also makes it suitable for battery operated systems. The displays are RoHS Compliant, ideal for eco-friendly applications.

The series operates with a voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V, and supply current for the 9- pin version is 40µA, and the 16- pin version is 60µA. The displays feature a wide operating temperature range of - 40°C to + 85°C, suitable for a variety of applications. The 9-pin version has a maximum segment count of 10, and the 16-pin version has a maximum segment count of 16.

The displays also feature fast response time of 30 μs maximum, with a minimum multiplexing rate of 1:240. The displays feature an open drain output, with TTL compatible inputs and ESD protection to Ground, making them suitable for a wide range of LED display applications. The series also provides a host of features such as selectable brightness control, auto blinking, and fading options.
