The LTV-702VM is an optosolator with a transistor and photovoltaic output that provides electrical isolation between devices. It employs a high-efficiency infrared LED together with a high-speed integrated circuit photodetector packaged in a small SOIC package. As a bi-directional digital isolator, the LTV-702VM is specifically designed to withstand high electrical isolation junction voltage of 1.5KV, and provides a high-speed data transmission up to 250Kbits/s.
