Application Field

The LZC-C0WW00-0427 engine is designed to provide a variety of lighting applications such as general area lighting, industrial lighting, retail and hospitality, medical and office environments, etc. Besides, it gives excellent performance in the most challenging environments such as where dynamic lighting scenes, dimming, and color rendering performance is required.

Working Principle

The LZC-C0WW00-0427 engine is built on Lumileds’ advanced light technology platform, integrating a chip-on-board LED, a high-efficacy high-voltage switching power supply circuit and a dedicated control IC into a single IC package. It operates over a wide range of AC input voltages and powers, offering up to 90% light output efficiency, wide color gamut with CRI >90, and up to 4-step dimming, flicker-free operation, and silent operation. The integrated driver offers superior flicker-free dimming and color rendering performance. The LED engine contains proprietary power technology, enabling the user to control light output, CCT and dimming with minimal power consumption.

The LZC-C0WW00-0427 engine offers superior performance and a longer life span compared to other LED lighting solutions. It has high energy efficiency, a wide light-emitting angle and a wide color range with a low color temperature drift over a temperature range of - 30°C to + 70°C. The adjustable light intensity and the controllable CCT range make the LZC-C0WW00-0427 engine suitable for a variety of lighting requirements.

The control IC offers up to 4-step dimming and optional color control which can be activated using external control signals, eliminating the need for separate control equipment. The LZC-C0WW00-0427 engine can also be used for emergency lighting applications, offering improved flicker-free dimming and fast response time. The control IC also enables the engine to be integrated with a variety of external lighting systems, such as 0-10V analog dimming and DMX dimming, making it ideal for use in high-end lighting systems.
