Panel Indicators, Pilot Lights

M16-AR-24D is an indication light that is build for general use. It employs a bicolor LED and has a wide application range in telecommunications, public utility telephones, server and computer power on/off indicators, UPS power supply indicators, signalling and controlling equipment, etc.

The M16-AR-24D features a highly visible green/red bi-color LED (light-emitting diode), a integral wave type aiming tube (light pipe), a refreshing direction and a twist lock button, all in a M16 outer casing. The red and green color can be easily changed in the same housing.

M16-AR-24D has mainly two working principles: changeover (alternate) and flashing.

Changeover (Alternate)

In the changeover (alternate) working principle, the LED is either green or red depending on the floating switch. By pressing the switch, the LED lights up in the color of our choice. On release of the switch, the LED lights up in the original color.

Flashing

The M16-AR-24D also features a flashing mode. On pressing the push button switch, the bi-color LED starts flashing. The current can be controlled via a potentiometer wheel. The same switch can be pressed again to end the flashing mode.
