Tantalum - Polymer Capacitors are composed of a tantalum foil anode and a polymer cathode separator.The structure of the capacitors is to use a high-conductivity tantalum foil for the anode.The surface of the anode is covered with a thin conductive film through a combination of chemical, thermal and physical deposition methods.The film is metallized with a thin platinum layer (chemi-fused platinum) which acts as a barrier layer.The second layer is a nanostructured porous tantalum oxide (Niobium oxide) layer which acts as a dielectric layer and provides increased capacitance.China\'s M51B108M050AG is a robust, cost-effective application-field and works abnormally on power quality systems and appliances.
