The MAX850ISA+ integrates the all-digital Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controller, high side and low side MOSFETs, a low noise inductor, and power passives into a single device with no additional components required. The device includes two operational modes, discontinuous and continuous conduction mode (CCM), for greater flexibility in system design.
