It operates on an input voltage range of 2.25V to 10V, making it suitable for single-cell and multi-cell lithium-ion system designs. It features a constant switching frequency of 1.2MHz and an external control to set a stepless regulation range of 100mV to 5.4V. This provides a precise output voltage and constant ripple. Moreover, it has an onboard low-dropout (LDO) controller with adjustable current limit and thermal protection. This IC is also equipped with an open-loop tracking function.
