The MAX8667ETEHR+ is a high-performance low dropout regulator suitable for a variety of applications. It supports a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 34V and a wide output voltage range of 0.5V to 13.2V, enabling it to be used in a wide range of applications and industry solutions. It has a quiescent current of less than 1mA, and its low off-current eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. The MAX8667ETEHR+ supports P-channel input and output, and the device can be used as a standalone regulator, voltage follower, or dual-phase solution.

It has an integrated current limit and short-circuit protection, as well as an adjustable over-temperature protection feature.
