Maxim\'s MAX8952AEWE+T DC-DC switching regulator is a voltage-mode synchronous buck regulator with integrated 45mΩ MOSFETs, an internal compensation network, and an adjustable soft-start function. This is a high-performance step-down regulator offering rigid output voltage accurate to ±0.75% and low-output noise, while driving its output at up to 2A per phase. It also offers low dropout voltage, low total current quiescent current, fast transient response, and simple external loop compensation. The MAX8952AEWE+T is extremely flexible, adjustable, and reliable. It is designed to handle a wide range of DC-DC applications with input voltage range of 4.5V to 17V and output voltage range of 0.7V to 13V. It has an adjustable switching frequency range of 200kHz to 1.2MHz and adjustable gate-drive current of 10mA to 30mA.The MAX8952AEWE+T makes use of a voltage-mode synchronous buck topology, which converts a DC input voltage to a lower level DC output voltage.
