Working Principle: The MAX9207EAI+ is a low-latency and low-noise serializer and deserializer system. The device operates on a standard hobby bus, often referred to as a Serializer Deserializer. The bus contains single-ended receivers, differential receivers, single-ended transmitters, differential transmitters, and a clock. The device is capable of transmitting at speeds of up to 400 Mbps, with a maximum latency of 35ns. The device is designed for applications requiring high accuracy, reliability and low-Jitter, and operates in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C.
The MAX9207EAI+ uses two synchronizers and two receivers to facilitate direct communication between two processors.
