MC1216 integrated power line filter module is a special power line filter used for lightning protection of power input terminals of AC/DC power supply. It adopts three-level filter circuit design, which combines ceramic capacitors, inductors, filter components, varistors and other components together to form a three-level filter circuit, which can effectively prevent the entry of common mode current, reduce the influence of harmonic signals on the electrical equipment and effectively reduce the electromagnetic radiation interference of the devices.The main application field of the MC1216 integrated power line filter module is mainly used for power supply and signal transmission in varied systems, such as home appliances, information industry, communication equipment, medical apparatus and instruments, entertainment electronics, aerospace and automation, etc. It is suitable for forming line filter circuits to filter the common mode current of AC power input, and changes the signal characteristics to reduce the discharge current of the power equipment.The working principle of the MC1216 integrated power line filter module is mainly based on the principle of providing a certain filtering effect by combining the inductor, resistor and capacitor components in a certain way under the influence of the current, and then isolating the input current or signal from the output side, thus achieving the purpose of filtering.In the three-layer filter circuit design of the MC1216 integrated power line filter module, inductors and capacitors are mainly used to form the first order filters, and capacitors are used to form the second order filters, while resistors are used to prevent resonance or parasitic resonances, forming an effective LC filter with combination of the three kinds of components.
