The MIC2015-1.2YML-TR is a power distribution switch, load driver, and integrated power management IC (PMIC) capable of outperforming the performance boundaries of discrete components. It is made using an advanced proprietary process and features an integrated CMOS digital core which enables single-stage power savings. This PMIC integrates circuitry required by power and digital switches and includes adjustable over-temperature and over-voltage protection to prevent device damage and product malfunction. The MIC2015-1.2YML-TR is ideal for advanced, power-sensitive applications such as portable systems, tablets, smart phones and other low power devices, as well as energy harvesting systems and home appliances.

The MIC2015-1.2YML-TR has been designed specifically for applications requiring both short-term, transient high power and low current applications.
