The MIC2282YMM is a triple output, fixed-frequency non-synchronous, buck switching regulator PMIC - LED driver device. This buck regulator can deliver up to 450mA in 3.3V output, while simultaneously offering a 1.8V output of up to 600mA and an adjustable voltage output of between 2.5 and 5.5V with up to 200mA current. These outputs are provided with dual-stage switching and accurate LED current controls via an integrated constant-current LED driver and a linear LED driver.

The MIC2282YMM is equipped with two integrated gate drivers for driving external FETs which provide the desired voltage output. The gate drivers can drive up to both low-side and high-side FETs. In order to achieve high power conversion efficiency, the MIC2282YMM also contains an onboard low-loss switch formed by two parallel MOSFETs that are shorted together.
