The MIC94071YMT-TR is an integrated circuit produced by Micrel and part of their higher density SPI port-controlled power-distribution switch (PD power) portfolio. This device is designed to control several power distribution switches, load drivers and other components in a variety of applications. It has a small footprint, high power efficiency and low power-consuming feature.

In addition, the device can be configured to auto-restart after an unexpected power interruption, preventing it from ever shutting down completely.
