MMS-106-02-S-DV-TR Application Field and Working Principle
MMS-106-02-S-DV-TR is a miniature header and receptacle electrical connector system from the Rectangular Connectors – Headers, Receptacles, Female Sockets family of connectors. MMS-106-02-S-DV-TR device is a six-pin, 2.0mm pitch board-mount receptacle connector. It integrates an actuator and a V-shaped contact tail for reflow soldering and board thicknesses of 0.8 to 2.5mm. It also uses a surface mount terminal for secure connections.
The MMS-106-02-S-DV-TR connector family is designed for a wide range of applications, making it highly adaptable. Applications include automotive audio/visual systems, portable consumer electronics, medical devices, handheld detergent sprayers, industrial controllers, avionics, communications, security, home appliances, and instrumentation. Robust design features such as the dual-contact mechanism allow the MMS-106-02-S-DV-TR connector to withstand harsh environmental conditions such as, vibration, shock, humidity, and temperature cycling.
