MMS-126-02-F-SV is one of the rectangular connectors in the Headers, Receptacles, Female Sockets range. The type of connector is a Single Horn Type D-sub connector with a 8P 2X B Socket connector in the secondary side. It is a two piece connector suitable for board to board applications.

The connector is made of magnesium with vinyl insulation material which provides up to 4 GBPS transfer rate. It has a user friendly slide latch mechanism which helps to secure the connector in the module with the help of the locking tab. The connector features two open gaps on the side which helps to reduce air trapping and provides a better air flow.

The MMS-126-02-F-SV is a lead-free connector and meets the standards of the RoHS, the Restrictions of Hazardous Substances Directive , and the UL 1973 standard . It has an operating temperature range of -55 ˚C to +125 ˚C.
