MOD-IO2 is an innovative evaluation and demonstration board and kit that can be used to quickly and easily evaluate a wide range of applications in the industrial and embedded computing domains. The MOD-IO2 board contains all the necessary components to facilitate a wide variety of operations, from prototyping and development to system integration.

The MOD-IO2 board has a large range of features, including an ARM Cortex-M3 processor, a 10-bit A/D converter, a 32-bit counter/timer with “capture” and “compare” capabilities, two I2C ports, four GPIOs, two UARTS, an SPI port, a timer/fingerprint sensor, and a real-time clock. All these features provide the capability to develop a wide range of industrial control and embedded systems applications quickly and easily.

The working principle of MOD-IO2 is based on an ARM Cortex-M3 processor, which is the heart of the board. The processor and its associated peripherals form the core of the board, enabling it to execute code and manipulate data.
