MOV-07D301K is a type of Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) that belongs to Varistors, MOVs. It is a surge protection device suitable for services exposed to lightning or other over-voltage transients.

This helps in diverting the excessive current away from the electrically connected equipment. The spark gap device acts as a secondary region of current conduction for the MOVs and helps in reducing the excessive voltage and current.

The MOV-07D301K is specially designed to withstand voltage transients and higher temperature ranges. It also provides superior EMI filtering and lightning protection. The peak current that the MOV-07D301K can handle is 7300A (8/20µs) and the surge current capacity is 3000A. This device is designed with a low capacitance of 0.3 pF.
