MP2-H192-44S2-S-KR is a specialized backplane connector designed for high-speed data transmission in harsh industrial environments. It is well-suited for a variety of applications, ranging from high-end servers and storage systems to extreme ruggedized military and aerospace applications. This connector is designed for performance and reliability in extreme conditions – temperature, pressure, vibration, shock, chemical exposure and EMI resistance.The MP2-H192-44S2-S-KR is a multi-pole modular connector (MMC) designed to send digital signals over extended backs from computer motherboards, power supplies, satellite dishes, or other electrical components. It features multiple channels of high-speed data, each with a capacity of up to 124Gbps. The connector features a unique keyed and lock system, which is designed to ensure a secure connection and reduce the risk of accidental disconnection or poor contact. The connector system is also designed for easy installation and removal, making it ideal for applications requiring frequent connection/disconnection.At the heart of the MP2-H192-44S2-S-KR is a dependable differential pair system. This system is used to compensate for different levels of inductance, allowing for improved signal performance in the presence of EMI. Each pin is individually shielded, and the connector utilizes four SMA coaxial cables for greater signal integrity. The signal is sent through two differential pairs, allowing for a variety of data through-rates and higher speeds.The MP2-H192-44S2-S-KR is designed to withstand extreme operating environmental conditions. It is IP67 rated, and is able to tolerate temperatures from -55°C to +85°C. The contact resistance is rated at 25mΩ maximum and its insulation resistance is rated at 500V test voltage with 1000MΩ minimum requirement. The connector has an excellent vibration performance rating per IEC 61111-5 at up to 30G peak and its shock performance is rated over IEC 61111-6 at up to 150G peak.The MP2-H192-44S2-S-KR backplane connector is suitable for a range of applications requiring extreme reliability and high speed. These include high-performance computing systems, communication switching systems, medical equipment, military/aerospace fields, and industrial automation systems.
