The MPQ4423GQ-AEC1-Z is a low-voltage, low-cost DC-DC switching regulator designed for power management applications. It offers a high efficiency, current-mode, constant-on-time architecture for robust operation. The regulator is designed to drop an input voltage ranging from 2.5V to 5.5V to an output voltage ranging from 0.7V to 5.5V. This voltage regulator also features a high switching frequency of up to 2MHz, adjustable to optimize the efficiency and performance.
