Rectangular connectors - headers, male pins, is one type of connection product widely used nowadays. MTC100-BF1-P33 is such kind of product. It is a 5-pin male connector, especially designed for the signal connection pipeline.The MTC100-BF1-P33 connectors are designed as per IEC specification. It features tinned brass male pin contact with housing molded in Black UL 94V-0 Nylon. The products offer insulation resistance of 500 Vdc/V AC.The application field of MTC100-BF1-P33 mainly includes resistive, inductive and capacitive load methods. It is very well used for general electronic connection purposes such as power line connection, signal transmission line connection, and audio and video connection.The working principle of the connector is relatively simple. When connected with the corresponding female pin, the male plugs with pre-assembled guides in the insulators will become an integrated whole and create a strong connection via its mating pad located in front of the exit. This type of connector has a specific way of working. Firstly, when the male connector is inserted into the female side, the pin with mounting pad inside the insulator should pass through the insulation hole, and there’s an elastic force making the contact pin pressed into the inner surface of the socket and realizing the contact between the terminals. Secondly, after the connection is established, the hole of insulation will become narrower so that it matches the guiding business exactly. Finally, the guiding business makes it difficult for the iron cores and wires to be separated from the socket easily and thus ensuring safe and reliable working. The MTC100-BF1-P33 offers optimal contact and reliable performance. It has a rated current of 5 Amp and can withstand a voltage drop of 300 V. It features brass contact with phosphor bronze pins and is also equipped with two spring plates to stabilize the connection.Overall, MTC100-BF1-P33 offers a reliable, cost-effective and efficient type of connection technology. It is widely used in everyday applications and is the best option when it comes to signal, power or audio connections.
