This module provide good visibility in various lighting conditions, thus it is widely used in various applications, such as Automatic Equipment,Telecommunication and Instrument meters, for displaying the data conveniently and clearly on LCD screen to the user.The NHD-0220WH-MYGH-JT#E LCD module consists of a thin PCB and an LCD glass with NHD-0220WH-MYGH-JT#E characteristics. This module has two parallel bus impedance of 15R ± 25%, and a maximum of 192 characters capacity with 20 characters per line. The NHD-0220WH-MYGH-JT#E provides a wide temperature operating range from -100°C to+500°C, and a low power consumption of 2.8mA average at 4.2v, while the LCD segment current is 1.8mA and the characters current is 0.5 mA.The working principle of NHD-0220WH-MYGH-JT#E is based on an ELED driving circuit, which uses an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) that can be driven directly from a CMOS control circuit, wherein the liquid crystal display (LCD) glass works as a light modulator that uses the distorted refracted light to create the characters. The LCD module operates on dc electric energy with the ELED driver circuit using a limited amount of electric current to phosphorescently illuminate the characters for better visibility in varying lighting conditions.
