NHD-3.5-320240FT-CSXV-CTP is a 3.5” diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display module with 320(RGB)x240 resolution and 40pins 40 pin interface. This module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to 70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to 80℃. This TFT-LCD module can be easily controlled by TTL 22880/24080 and MCU/MPU/DSP interface. It can be used for variety of portable applications such as Media Players, Handheld POS, etc.

The working principle of NHD-3.5-320240FT-CSXV-CTP TFT-LCD Display module was based on the sequential row and column scanning of thin film transistors (TFT) to reduce high voltage and refresh rate. A TFT backplane consists of an array of thin film transistors (TFT’s) arranged in two directions, rows and columns, to address individual pixels in a thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD).
