This IC is an ideal power source for a wide range of applications such as switch mode power supplies (SMPS), motor drives, power circuits, and more.The NMP1K2-#EHC##-00 is a single- or dual-channel controller with integrated buck converter circuits for power data conversion between AC and DC. Its synchronous rectification technology incorporates two high-performance MOSFETs which minimize switch-on losses. Low ripple technology eliminates the need for additional external components. It also features an internal TON compensation circuit to provide precise and stable current regulation, improving system reliability and performance.The main feature of the NMP1K2-#EHC##-00 is its ability to transition from AC to DC power in a highly efficient manner. It offers a high power efficiency of up to 95%, and incorporates a wide range of power management functions such as overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, transient protection, and inductor open circuit protection.
