Features of OD9220-12HSS

OD9220-12HSS has a 120 x 120 x 25mm size with thermoplastic frame and thermoplastic double-sided impeller, it is a high speed DC fan with either 3-wire or 4-wire configuration. The air flow reaches up to 250 CFM and static pressure is up to 3.62 inch H2O. OD9220-12HSS has a MTBF up to 125K hrs at 40°C and reducer noise level to 39.5dB(A). Plus, it has been designed with Auto restart, Noise detection, and UL, cUL, TUV, CE, RoHS certificated.

Working Principle of OD9220-12HSS

OD9220-12HSS working principle is that a DC motor is provided with electric energy, it will drive the fan blade rotation at a certain speed. The air inlet side of the fan blade will absorb the air around them and thus increases the air intake pressure, The air is then discharged to the outlet side of the fan blade with certain pressure and flow, this air flow will be guided outwards by the fan to form a stronger pressure. The fan radiating the heat caused by the DC motor and the heat of the equipment, so that the equipment cooling purpose is achieved.

However, there are several restrictions in the use of OD9220-12HSS
