Phototransistors are one of the most commonly used optical sensors widely applied in industrial automation, sensing, and other fields. The OED-ST-23-TR phototransistor is a medium power, single channel NPN phototransistor with a low emitter saturation voltage, offering superior sensitivity over a wide range of conditions.The OED-ST-23-TR has a built-in emitter-coupled logic (ECL) circuit which allows it to operate on any voltage from 1.5V to 12V.
