OSTEI20C1530 is a type of terminal block that connects wire to board. It is a first-of-its-kind device, designed to provide a secure and reliable connection between wire and board, and is suitable for a wide range of applications. The terminal block is made from a UL 94 V-0 polyamide material, and is rated up to 16A at 300V.
In terms of structure, OSTEI20C1530 consists of a circlip, nut, lever, screw, two dissipation plates and a live-in connection block. The circlip is designed to hold the nut in place and limit its movement to ensure the terminal block is secured properly on the board. The lever is designed to be easily adjustable to allow for easy modification of the internal connections. The screw is used to secure the internal connections in place and to firmly connect the terminal and wire. The two dissipation plates surrounding the live-in connection block also help protect the terminal block, dissipating the heat generated when current flows through it.
