The P1602ABL Thyristors are a range of high voltage Thyristors suitable for medium and high power switching up to ±25A high power, minimum current of ±50mA, and a voltage range of up to ±800V. These components offer a high versatility in applications including solar cell protection, adjustable temperature controllers, switching devices, and dimmers.

The P1602ABL Thyristors are built on a polysilicon substrate and feature an insulated gate structure with built-in diode.
