Working Principle

The P1602ABLRP thyristor uses a single-coil ac switch mode to control the current output. When the drive system needs to transfer to the three-phase motor, the controller sends a fixed PWM signal of a certain frequency to the thyristor. When the voltage of the corresponding gate terminal of the thyristor exceeds the dynamic breakdown voltage, the thyristor is conducting an AC current; when the voltage is reduced, the thyristor will be in an open state, and realizes the on-off of the AC electric current.
