P2600ECMCAP is a device that uses a variety of thyristor technologies to produce a variety of characteristics such as high speed switching, fast switching, high power handling, surge current handling protection, and low voltage suppression. The device is available in three different packages; "T" package, "B-54" package and "B-60. It consists of two components, the emitter and the collector.
