The PAM2846KR is an integrated LED driver specifically designed to drive multiple strings of LEDs with a constant output current. It offers an adjustable output current range of 250mA to 1000mA and can control the voltage across a string of LEDs of up to 36V. The device is integrated with a P-channel MOSFET and is configured for buck current-mode control architecture. It operates from input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 20V.

The device also features a logic-controlled soft start function, to ensure that the LED current remains within the preset limits on power-up.
