PAM8902ZER-P is an audio power amplifier IC (integrated circuit) developed by the French semiconductor company STMicroelectronics. It is an ideal solution for audio power applications such as Hi-Fi audio, portable audio, and car audio, among others. The PAM8902ZER-P is a single-channel, two-stage amplifier with a two-transistor low-noise input stage and a two-transistor output stage.

The device offers low distortion at low power requirements, wide gain range and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). It has a gain range of -6 dB to +38 dB and a power output of up to 1.5 W into an 8 ohm load. The input stage uses two low-noise n-channel MOSFET transistors to provide excellent linearity and low distortion. The output stage consists of two complementary pairs of bipolar transistors for high power output with low distortion.

The device also has several integrated functions such as short-circuit protection, thermal shut-down and voltage, current transient protection.
