PBC31DBEN is a two-row, through-hole wire-to-board connector manufactured by HARTING Tech Group. A rectangular connector, it is classified as a header with male pins and is designed for low-density applications. It has one row of ten M3 female contacts and one row of eleven shrouded pin crimp contacts that enable easy connection between a PCB and wire. Its insulation resistance is 500MΩ minimum at 1000V, and its operating temperature range is -25℃ to +105℃. The working principle of PBC31DBEN is very simple. It uses a set of rigid pins which are formed into a housing and then inserted into an appropriate board or backplane. These pins make contact with the circuit board, providing an electrical connection between the components on the board. To ensure a secure connection, the PBC31DBEN is designed with two rows of pins and two sets of housing, each set with its own contact points.
