PF2472-180RF1 resistors are particularly suitable for through hole applications. They can be used where a higher stability of resistance is required, such as in motor control applications. This resistor is based on an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) for low on-state resistance and high off-state breakdown voltage.
