Working Principle

The main structure of the PPPC122KFMS connector is a terminal with a push-in locking system, a strain relief, and a durable metal shield. It is capable of outstandingly performing the contact-making and contact-breaking. The internal structure of the terminal consists of three parts – an insulation tube, a spring piece and contact.

When the male terminal is inserted into the female terminal, the spring piece will be pushed in and deformed after withstanding the pressure. The contact part will press the copper conductor of the male terminal, which is thereby maintained tightly and steadily. The strain relief protects the spring piece from impact forcing. The metal shield can effectively protect the terminal from environmental interference.
