.The PTC10SBCN is a rectangular header connector that utilizes male pins to connect. This kind of 3.96mm (.156” ) pitch header connector is well-suited for a variety of applications and provides superior electrical performance. The PTC10SBCN rectangular connector is UL approved and RoHS compliant. It is ideal for applications in which space is limited and when a higher pin count is necessary.
Application Field
The PTC10SBCN 3.96mm (.156”) pitch header connector, with its low profile and small footprint, is ideal for applications with space constraints and higher pin count needs. These connectors provide secure and reliable connections for applications such as computer aided design (CAD) and industrial control (CNC) systems, medical and military equipment, robotics, communications and consumer electronics. It is also widely used in automotive, avionics, consumer appliance electronics and gaming industry. The PTC10SBCN has a compact design which features a full range of male pin small footprint connectors. The connection interface is a snap-in fit designed for quick mating and unmating of components. The 3.96mm (.156”) pin header has an Anti-Slip design to ensure proper fitment even with heavy or bulky plugs. The tongue and groove design of the pins enable secure connection and prevent the pins from being accidently pulled out. It is also designed with a rectangular pocket for easy mounting and a tapered leading edge for easy top-loading.The mating system incorporates a low cycle life and high retention forces to ensure a reliable connection between the male pins and the female header. This provides superior electrical performance with excellent shielding, signal purity and superior isolation to reduce system noise interference. The polarization of the connector also prevents improper connection.
