PTC29SBAN Rectangular Connectors are part of the Headers and Male Pins product family. These plugs are designed to securely connect two electrical circuits or to pass current from one circuit to another. The PTC29SBAN provides a secure, long lasting connection while functioning in harsh environmental conditions.

The PTC29SBAN Rectangular Connectors feature multiple positive and negative contacts with pin and socket arrangement, with a 2 mm spacing for connections. The male pin connectors and headers feature two-piece two-row pluggable connectors that have an extended seal enabling a single connection point. PTC29SBAN Rectangular Connectors offer an integrated slide-in self-locking mechanism for a secure, vibration-resistant connection.

The PTC29SBAN Rectangular Connectors are constructed from UL94-V0 rated polyamide 6.6 (PA66) material to withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C. They also integrate a dustproof enclosure to prevent the ingress of dirt, dust, and other harsh contaminants. The PTC29SBAN can be used in a wide range of applications, including automotive, appliance, industrial, and lighting.

The PTC29SBAN works with a single-row connecting system of 2.00 mm (0.079”) pitch, providing fast and reliable connections. Male pin versions can be utilized with an all-in-one dustproof terminal block, while header versions can be used with crimp-on terminals, screws, or an IDC termination system. The installed headers can also be equipped with lockable receptacle housings for a secure connection.

The PTC29SBAN Rectangular Connectors can integrate standard or clip-in terminals or molded-on housings with any terminal block or board-to-board connection system. These connectors feature robust, self-locking latching systems for a secure connection, and are available with through-hole, surface-mount, right-angle, and vertical mounting options.

The PTC29SBAN Rectangular Connectors also feature a choice of standard or ESD plug-in mating connectors, and are designed to fasten together with both the plug and receptacle mounted securely in place. This provides an integrated dustproof seal, which offers superior protection for electrical circuits in harsh environment applications.

The PTC29SBAN Rectangular Connectors also come with standard 10A, 16A, 20A, and 30A current rating and 4A and 6A voltage rating. The push-in self-locking mechanism ensures reliable and secure contacts with low insertion force, while its vibration-resistant enclosure provides excellent protection in harsh conditions. In addition, the PTC29SBAN comes with IP67 rated environmental protection.
