QBLP674-R is a compact surface-mountable discrete LED package designed specifically to improve the visibility of board-level indicators. The package incorporates the high-power devices from Cree, Alcoa and Cree that are capable of driving up to ten LEDs with a single input.The anode and cathode of the device are electrically isolated, allowing the device to be directly mounted to a board. The anode and cathode each require separate Vcc and GND connections, with the former connected to the top contact, and the latter to the bottom contact.The output of the device is provided in series, and is capable of driving up to ten LEDs, each with a typical output current of up to 25mA and a maximum forward voltage of 3.2V. The output current is regulated to ensure consistent brightness across all LEDs.The LED is mounted on the circuit board, and power is applied to the device via soldered connections.
