The connector is designed to provide reliable electrical connection between two boards and is suitable for data and power signal transfer applications. It is designed for use in a wide range of industrial and medical applications including power conversion, signal conditioning, industrial data acquisition and control, patient monitoring systems, medical device assembly, chip set integration and many more.The connector array is constructed of high-temperature thermoplastic and stainless steel. The metal contact strips are nickel-plated and have a rated current of 1.5 Amps. The wire-to-board contact strips provide reliable and low-resistance electrical connections and provide protection against oxidation. The contacts are pre-loaded with a 1.6 N maximum contact force for high reliability and repeatability. The connector array comes with latch locks which give the user the ability to quickly and easily make connections.
