The QSS-025-02-H-D-RA is an array, edge type, mezzanine connector designed for board to board applications. This module incorporates a variety of features commonly used in today’s equipment, including high density contacts on two levels, improved current carrying capability, and exceptional mating cycles capabilities. The QSS-025-02-H-D-RA was designed with a 3x3 contact array in a 0.050"[1.27mm] pitch and a profile height of 0.55"[14mm].The connector system consists of a male and female connector which mate together via their associated contacts. The contacts are made up of multiple double action stamped terminals which are positioned both on the face of the connector and the edge. The face on contacts are positioned in a 3x3 array and the edge contacts are placed on two rows. The contacts are designed to easily accept standard wire sizes of 18-22 AWG. The overall design of the QSS-025-02-H-D-RA allows it to be extremely versatile and makes it ideal for a wide variety of applications.
