The Grounding Plate is a flat metal plate that is mounted to the secondary board and contacts the shielding of the Tray Assembly Connector. The Tray Assembly Connector consists of a molded plastic tray assembly and an insulated cover. The tray holds the row of 30 contacts that can be isolated from the ground surface, which provides optimum protection from crosstalk noise and interference.The Tray Assembly Connector and the Grounding Plate of the QTH-030-04-F-D-A-K are designed with staggered coaxial contact rows, and feature a push-lock mounting system which allows for quick and easy installation.
