It also features a 8μA operating current, an 8ms start-up time, and an adjustable PWM frequency of up to 2MHz.The R0.25D-0515 DC/DC converter operates in a synchronous buck mode, with an internal high-side MOSFET switch and a low-side MOSFET switch forming the power stage. The high-side switch is activated when the voltage exceeding the maximum operating voltage is detected, and the low-side switch is off. The low-side switch is switched on when the input voltage drops below the minimum operating voltage and the high-side switch is switched off.The output voltage is regulated by the pulse width modulation (PWM) control loop. The control loop is a closed loop feedback system with the R0.25D-0515 DC/DC converter sensing the output voltage.
