The R09P3.3D/P/R6.4 DC DC converter is mainly used for motor control applications, such as in cooling fan applications and centrifugal pumps. It is also used for lowering input voltage requirements, such as voltage down conversion from larger batteries to smaller size batteries. The working of the R09P3.3D/P/R6.4 converter can be divided into three main stages, namely the input stage, the control stage, and the output stage.In the input stage, the DC power is first converted to a low-current, high-voltage signal through a dedicated DC-DC step-up converter IC. The input voltage range of the R09P3.3D/P/R6.4 converter is from 3.3V to 15V. The voltage is then fed into the control stage, which is responsible for regulating the output voltage.
