The RC1250 is a frequency rebroadcast transceiver module designed for easy integration into existing and custom applications. Design and Features

The low power mode is for low-power applications, and the high power mode is for applications needing higher transmission power. The module features a transmit power adjustment that allows for up to 1.6 watt maximum RF output and an on-air data rate of 2 Mbps. It also supports operation in the 24GHz frequency band, with up to 140Km range in line of sight.
The RC1250 is equipped with various interfaces, including UART, SPI, and I2C. An antenna-matching circuit is also included for better performance. Its switch matrix provides a direct connection to the receiver allowing users to quickly configure the radio. Additionally, the module possesses a fast wake-up time of 3 ms from sleep mode and is designed to consume ultra-low current when in idle or sleep mode.
