The RDK-420 is an evaluation board designed for off-line SMPS applications. It is a complete AC/DC and DC/DC power converter solution for both high-power and low-power applications. The RDK-420 supports two output voltages, one of which is adjustable via a potentiometer. It has a number of protective features including short-circuit and thermal protection.

The RDK-420 is based on the IR3525 and IR108 are high performance analog PWM controllers. These devices are designed to provide extremely efficient, low EMI, and highly reliable power conversion.
