SG893/TS(REC3-0515SRW/H6/C/SMD-R) is a high efficiency and high power density DC/DC converter belonging to the DC/DC converters type. The average efficiency of this product is up to 95%.The SG893/TS contains an integrated constant-current/constant-voltage control circuit. This control circuit guarantees the best performance and operation for load currents up to 15A. The rated output current is 15A, the maximum output power is 75W. The pre-set safety features are over current and over temperature. The SG893/TS converters operates with frequency of 500KHz, fixed switch frequency. The maximum duty cycle is 0.95 and the minimum 0.4.
