SG893/TS(REC3-0515SRW/H6/C/SMD-R) is a high efficiency and high power density DC/DC converter belonging to the DC/DC converters type. The pre-set safety features are over current and over temperature. The SG893/TS converters operates with frequency of 500KHz, fixed switch frequency. The maximum duty cycle is 0.95 and the minimum 0.4.
