Working Principle

REC3-2409SRWZ/H4/A/SMD-R DC DC converter works through a sequence of four steps. It consists of an input filter inductor, a sync-rectified bridge, an output filter, and a transformer. In the first step, the input filter inductor filters the current input signal from the power source and blocks any high frequency noise signals. Then in the second step, the sync rectified bridge rectifies the alternating current (AC) signal coming from the input filter. This signal is converted into direct current (DC) which enters the transformer.

In the third step, the signal is transferred from the input terminals of the transformer to the output of the transformer. During this step, the AC signal is converted to DC output voltage. Finally, the neat DC output voltage is passed through the output filter before reaching the load condition. This filter removes any high-frequency noise signals from the output voltage.
