RH-0512D/H

DC DC converters are electronic circuits that convert one Direct Current (DC) voltage level to another. They can be used to regulate voltage levels, for example to boost low voltage signals from a battery to the level of a more powerful voltage supply. The RH-0512D/H is one such device, designed for applications from 5 to 36V. The device uses Synchronous Buck Boost technology, which is a combination of a DC-DC buck converter and a DC-DC boost converter. The buck converter can provide step-down voltage conversion from a higher input voltage to a lower output voltage. In contrast, the boost converter can provide step-up voltage conversion from a lower input voltage to a higher outpurt voltage. By combining the buck and boost modes into one circuit, the RH-0512D/H can provide a wide range of input and output voltages, with adjustable output voltage settings.

The output voltage of the RH-0512D/H can operate from 5 to 32V, while the input voltage can range from 4.5 to 36V. It is designed to handle up to 130W of continuous output power with a peak power rating of 270W. The device features a variable switching frequency in the range of 50 kHz to 1 MHz, with an adjustable switching frequency if necessary. It also has a maximum efficiency of 92%, and a no load input power of 300 mW.

The RH-0512D/H also features programmable soft-start, discharge and hiccup current limit, which allows for better control of current. It also has a built-in over-temperature protection circuit, allowing it to remain stable and safe in overheating environments. In addition, the device features a “load disconnect” (LD) pin that allows the output to be disabled if the output is not in use. This helps to reduce power consumption and noise.

The RH-0512D/H is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industry, consumer, medical, automotive, computers, communications, security, audio-visual, and industrial control systems.
