This paper will discuss the application field and working principle of the RM-1209S.
The application field of RM-1209S mainly includes the various preconditioning systems, industrial control systems, communication systems, and military and aerospace fields. Its input voltage range is from 6 to 400V, and its output power range is 5W to 150W. It has excellent efficiency up to 92%, excellent power conversion stability and wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. Lighting dimmers, LED drivers and energy storage systems are also suitable for RM-1209S. It can also be used in automotive, motor and battery systems.
RM-1209S employs synchronous rectification technique to achieve high efficiency. It changes DC power to desired voltage, current, and power levels as well as delivers constant power to a load. The power conversion topology employed in RM-1209s is AC-DC Flyback Converter. It comprises of a high frequency switching converter, a transformer for power transformation and an output circuit for impedance matching to the load. It has an input rectification circuit and a MOSFET control circuit for regulating the power.
RM-1209S PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) dimension and operating frequency control the output voltage, current and power levels.
