Working Principle of RS-1209D/H3

RS-1209D/H3 works based on the Buck principle, which is composed by three parts: power transformer, diode bridge, and main circuit. When an input voltage is applied to the circuit, the power transformer will transfer the input voltage into two phases of AC signals with different amplitudes and frequencies; then the two phases of AC signalsare rectified and filtered into DC voltage after passing through the diode bridge; lastly, the output voltage is controlled by the feedback circuit.

The working principle of the feedback circuit can be illustrated as follows: First, the current I of the feedback circuit is adjusted by a inner regulating circuit, so that the inner regulating circuit can reach the predetermined output value. Then, the voltage across the resistor R is proportional to the current I. Finally, the regulator 4 output the reflection information Q1 and Q2 through the resistor R. After the signal is amplified by the amplifier 5, it will be compared with the reference voltage vref, the comparison results will be fed back to the inner regulating circuit to drive the power keeping, thus realizing the voltage regulation and keeps the voltage stability.

The above process is the RS-1209D/H3 working principle. Its power transformer is with low power loss, high frequency and good insulation, and the safety structure is with a wide input voltage range, fully and effectively ensuring the long service life and high reliability of the power converter, with high conversion efficiency up to 95%.
